We offer a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. Footwear must be entirely unworn, unaltered, and submitted with all original tags attached, including the intact Nionsprint security wrap. Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces to prevent sole scuffing. Returns with damaged or marked outersoles will be rejected. Return shipping labels are provided upon request, with a $5 label fee deducted from your final refund deposit. Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
